Maritza is the Residential Administrative Coordinator for LPM. Maritza handles a multitude of different administrative aspects such as processing rent payments, accounts payable, accounts receivables, while also being that gregarious person in the office to help tenants and owners navigate our user portal. She has a strong and versatile background in customer service including several years of airport operations. Her versatile skill set allows her to tackle each situation with a positive attitude, and impressive problem-solving abilities. Outside of work Maritza enjoys gardening, true crime, and backpacking and exploring new countries and cultures.
